Our Shipping & Returns Policy

LOCATION AND CARRIER
Please note that orders are shipped Mondays to Fridays from Accra, Ghana to all International areas of delivery via DHL EXPRESS. We try our best to ship as quickly as possible. However, because our products are handmade and not mass produced, occasional delays are inevitable. Our customer care team is quick to update you and always available to answer any additional questions you might have in regards to the shipment of your order. We can be reached at email@example.com.
All orders are running on a 7-10 business day processing and shipping time. This does not include weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. Once your order has left Ghana, another notification will be sent that your order has been completed. Processing time is in addition to shipping time. Most customers receive their package in no more than 5 business days.
THIRD PARTY RELATED MATTERS
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays once packages are in the possession of DHL Ghana. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery due to unplanned delays such as weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. Please note that packages returned to sender due to inability to sign or retrieve from DHL will result in additional shipping charges. Also note, that it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Our international customers are responsible for all taxes and/or duties imposed by their country’s government. If your order is subject to these charges, they will not appear on your invoice, but will be presented by the shipping company upon your receipt of your package.
Customs duty and import tax are specific to your particular country. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
n the unlikely event that you received a product with a defect or a wrong product, you may return the unworn/unused product to Oye Bags & Clothing within 10 business days of receipt of product for a refund or exchange.
To make a return or an exchange, simply email us with the reason for the return. Returned packages must include: securely packaged merchandise in a corrugated box and the original invoice.
Any custom items, discounted and sale items are final sale and are not subject to refund or exchange.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
